Our team at A Hopeful Mind specialises in working with individuals facing complex mental health conditions, including psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, BPD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. We believe in the power of compassion, understanding, and tailored support to help each person achieve their own path to healing.​

Locally based in the Brisbane Region, we can meet you out for coffee or in the safety of your own home. We also have the capacity for phone and Online consults for those who live outside the region or don't want to venture out.

We are united by the belief that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling life, regardless of their mental health challenges. Our approach is holistic, emphasising the importance of mindfulness, exercise, and nourishing both the body and mind with healthy habits and positive self-talk.
